精神科住院患者實施優質護理服務的效果評價

【摘要】 【摘要】目的 總結優質護理服務在精神科護理管理工作中的應用價值。方法 取筆者所在醫院2017年4月至2019年2月收治的精神科患者100例為研究對象，隨機分成對照組和實驗組各50例。對照組患者給予精神科常規護理，實驗組患者給予精神科優質護理服務。比較兩組患者護理滿意度和風險事件發生率等情況，以表格的方式呈現，得出結論，分析并闡述護理方案。

[Abstract]Objective Summarize the application value of quality nursing service in psychiatric nursing management. Methods A total of 100 psychiatric patients admitted to the hospital where the author worked from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing in psychiatric outpatient department, and the experimental group was given quality nursing service in psychiatric department. Nursing satisfaction and risk event incidence were compared between the two groups, which were presented in the form of a table. Conclusions were drawn, and nursing programs were analyzed and elaborated.
對精神科患者的治療，除了要進行藥物治療和癥狀對應治療，護理也是治療的關鍵。優質護理通過以人為本的護理理念，對患者進行癥狀護理、心理護理、安全風險護理等內容，有效的提高了患者的治療安全，促進其康復，也提高了患者的護理滿意度[1]。本研究通過對若干患者的護理分析，在保證患者安全的基礎上，將護理效果分析和報道如下，僅供參考。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料：取筆者所在醫院2017年4月至2019年2月收治的精神科患者100例為研究對象，隨機分成對照組和實驗組各50例。兩組患者均經過我院診斷，并且確診為精神疾病。本次對照組患者男23例，女27例，年齡29~70歲，均值（58.40±3.75）歲。精神疾病類型包含22例精神分裂癥，13例心境障礙抑郁發作，6例癔癥例患者，4例強迫癥和5例焦慮癥患者，發病時間2016年12月，收治時間2017年4月。學歷最低小學，最高大學本科；實驗組患者男26例，女24例，年齡30~71歲，均值（57.20±4.15）歲。精神疾病類型包含20例精神分裂癥，15例心境障礙抑郁發作，5例癔癥例患者，6例強迫癥和4例焦慮癥患者，發病時間2017年1月，收治時間2017年4月。學歷最低小學，最高研究生；兩組一般資料上具有一定差異，但無統計學意義（P>0.05）。
