[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Bufei Decoction on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung-spleen deficiency type. Methods 98 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research object. According to the difference of clinical treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with Bufei Decoction on the basis of routine treatment, while those in control group received routine treatment only, and the treatment was concluded. The improvement of the two groups was compared after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the improvement of pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after the treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一種具有氣流受限特征的肺部疾病，且氣流受限不完全可逆，呈進展發展。與慢支肺氣腫密切相關?；颊咧饕憩F為咳痰、喘息、氣短呼吸困難。嚴重影響了患者的生活質量。慢性阻塞性肺疾病的臨床治療過程需要格外注意，由于病情特點，很多患者的治療效果不十分明顯或者容易再次復發[1]。為此在常規西醫治療的基礎上適當的引入中醫治療方式是目前治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病的常用方式之一，補肺湯作為一種補肺益氣、止咳平喘的中藥方劑對慢性阻塞性肺疾病具有良好的治療功效，有研究顯示將其與常規西醫治療相結合能夠發揮更好的治療效果[2]。為了具體探討補肺湯加減治療脾肺氣虛型穩定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的臨床療效，本文選取2016年10月至2017年10月在我院接受治療的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者98例作為此次研究對象，將其分為觀察組和對照組進行分析，內容報道如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料：選取2016年10月至2017年10月在我院接受治療的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者98例作為此次研究對象，分為觀察組和對照組各49例。觀察組患者49例，女性24例，男性25例，年齡39~72歲，平均年齡（55.46±2.35）歲，病程時間5~11年，平均病程時間（8.52±2.17）年；對照組患者49例，女性23例，男性26例，年齡40~74歲，平均年齡（56.39±2.74）歲，病程時間6~10年，平均病程時間（8.84±1.93）年。兩組患者在一般資料上沒有明顯差異，無統計學意義（P＞0.05）。
